YOUTH FORUM

What is Youth Forum?

Purpose of the youth forum to raise awareness on the importance of adolescence and youth
participation in the decision making process. Develop global competence and critical skills to
present their concerns and ideas to the State and Local bodies.Innovative and inclusive
process that helps young people make a sense of complex country. Assisting participants to
better understand and assumptions they use to imagine the future equipped with this evidence participants are better able to make informal decisions about the present and describe their predictions and hopes for the future 2030 2040 2050.

The second part of our objective is to discuss the importance exercising protecting and
advancing Citizen rights. According to Aristotle: A Citizen is he who has power to take part in
the deliberative or judicial administration of any state on the basis of the description we can
identify following facts of citizen is:

a) The member of the
state

b) The social and political rights

c) sentiment of devotion to the state.

A nation still struggling with reconciliation following 30 years of conflict. Therefore both students and the younger generation need to understand the limits benefits and identities of their citizen rights in the process of creating social harmony among our different and diverse ethnic and religious groups .A vast majority of the citizenry aren’t aware of their social political rights. So promotion of such rights is essential for a vibrant democracy.

Political, Public, private, and social rights will be discussed. The relationship between Citizen rights and Human rights will be discussed. Also, limitations of these citizen rights in the face of areas such as National Security and obligations of citizens to the state will be widely discussed.
